Custom Artwork AgreementBy ordering, you agree to the following terms:PHOTOS You agree to let me use your photo(s) in before/after comparison(s) for my portfolio. RIGHTS You are purchasing the finished work only. I retain all copyright rights and rights to reproduce, manipulate and sell reproductions of the work in all forms. You may purchase these rights for an additional fee. PROOF If requested, I will e-mail you a digital image of the finished work. You may request any additions or minor alterations. If I can't make your changes, you get a full refund. No refund will be issued after the work has been sent. SIGNATURE I may sign the work with the year of completion, my signature, and/or initials. LIABILITY & DESTRUCTION I am not liable for damages to the work during or after delivery. You will not permit any intentional destruction, damage or alteration of the original work. I reserve the right to refuse the work and issue a full refund for any reason. |
