What kind of payments do you accept?
|
Bucket of Lizards Creative Studios accepts credit card and electronic payments through PayPal - a secure on-line company that accepts payments quickly and easily.
You may also pay by check or money order (send e-mail to info@bucketoflizards.com for payee information). No work will be done on custom artwork paid for by personal check until the check clears. Returned checks will incur a $20 fee and another method of payment will be required for all further transactions.

How much is shipping?

USPS shipping is free on all orders shipped within the United States. Contact us at info@bucketoflizards.com for rates to other countries or through other methods.

How does the "Sneak Peek" work?
|
Upon completion of your artwork, you will be sent a digital image to approve. If the artwork is to your liking, simply reply to the e-mail and your artwork will be sent to you free by USPS* on the next business day.
If you wish any minor changes to be made, let the artist know. Your changes will be made as soon as possible.
*Free shipping available only in the United States. Rates for other countries available on request.

Do you provide custom framing?
|

At this time Bucket of Lizards Creative Studios does not offer framing, but may do so in the future as demand grows.

What are my rights as the purchaser of custom artwork from Bucket of Lizards Creative Studios?
|
Upon final payment for the work, you becomes the legal owner of the work with all rights and privileges, with the following exceptions: the artist and/or Bucket of Lizards Creative Studios retains all copyright rights and rights to reproduce, manipulate, and sell reproductions of the work in all forms. These are the basic rights of all artists.
This means that you will become owner of the original work and may use its likeness for any noncommercial purposes. To use it for any commercial purposes, the purchaser must buy the rights from the artist for an additional fee.

What if I don't like the product?
|
Bucket of Lizards Creative Studios offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all products.
If you're not completely satisfied with a pre-made product purchased directly through Bucket of Lizards Creative Studios, simply return it in the same condition within 30 days. You will receive a full refund, less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
On custom artwork, you will be sent a "sneak peek" digital image of your piece. Any minor changes you request will be made as soon as possible. If the artist is not able to make the necessary changes, a full refund will be issued. No refund will be issued once the custom artwork has shipped.
