My number one influence without a doubt is my beautiful wife Debbie!  Without her complete support, I probably would have thrown in the towel on this industry long ago. She has kept me plugging along when it seems that all this work is getting me nowhere. She believes in me and believes in my talent (and keeps a LARGE whip in plain sight next to my drawing board! Yikes!)

Favorite artists

In no particular order: Bernie Wrightson, Mike Kaluta, Charles Vess, George Perez, Mark Schultz, Steve Rude, Neal Adams, Butch Guice, Nestor Redondo and Dave Stevens are the top of a VERY loooooong list! I probably dated myself with that list! Oh, well...be very happy I decided not to list each and every one by name!

Favorite books
Anything written by Greg Bear, Patricia McKilip, or David Eddings.

Favorite movies
The Rocketeer, The Crow, Spider-Man, Ladyhawke, Bridgett Jones' Diary, The Avengers, Ever After, Iron Giant, Beauty and the Beast, Lion King, Hudson Hawk, Winnie the Pooh, and batteries not included, among others.

Favorite TV shows
My #1 favorite by far will always be Quantum Leap. The writing was sooooo much better than anything that's been done since that nothing else even comes close. (Thank God for the Sci-Fi channel!)

Others I have loved are: Pinky and the Brain, Dark Angel, The Pretender, Battlebots, Justice League, and Who's Line is it Anyway?
